We are looking for corporate sponsors to help support our event. Full details of the sponsorship terms are below. The Angkor Wat Bike Race and Rally is growing every single year and looks set to become a firm feature on expats’ calendars (here hotlink calendars with this: www.anzacycling.com/docs/2008_Angkor_Wat_Bike_Race.pdf. This year we are expecting 230 participants from all over Asia, and even further. The event is linked to support for Village Focus activities in Cambodia, where we are engaged in village leadership support, child support, health, water and sanitation and livelihood training projects. The Bike Race is run in conjunction with the Angkor Wat International Half-Marathon. The marathon attracts over 2,500 participants a year, and is now a firm fixture on the international marathon scene, also attracting participants from all over Asia.

Your sponsorship of this event will reach all of these people, and many, many more through our marketing which will be conducted through social media, and direct marketing to sports and cycle clubs and shops all over Asia.

We are exploring all forms of marketing for the 2009 Angkor Wat Bike Race, including through issuing flyers and posters to health clubs, gyms, sports and cycle shops and cycling clubs all over Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Korea and Hong Kong.  We are also looking at the ways we can promote the event through social media websites including Flickr, YouTube, Facebook, Myspace, Eventful.com, The Optimist, Twitter, and others.  We will also run a blog, with links to cycling, tourism and expat websites and blogs as well as a promotional mailshot to bike clubs all over the world (3000 addresses).

All Sponsors will also receive a thank you letter from the
National Olympic Committee of Cambodia
